Reservations
Reservation of the treatment in advance is highly recommended. Please reserve your treatment at the Health Club & Spa reception or call 296 631 525. Cosmeticians are available Monday - Sunday
10 am to 8 pm and can be available outside these hours upon request 24 hours in advance.

Guest timeliness
We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will shorten the time of your treatment.

Health consideration
Please notify your Cosmetician or the Health Club & Spa Receptionist if you have any symptoms of high blood pressure, allergies, heart conditions, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant.

What to wear
Bathrobes and slippers are available at the Health Club & Spa as well as in our guest rooms.

Cancellation policy
The treatment you select will be reserved specifically for you. Please note that a 50% charge will be levied should you cancel your appointment less then 3 hours prior to the scheduled time or if you fail to show up.
